PARKING :

Free on-camp parking.

AIRPORT CAR RENTAL :

Take the Autoroute 13 North, following signs for the 15 North until the town of Saint Sauveur. From there, follow directions to the town of Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard.

CARPOOLING :

Whether you’re renting a car from the airport, or driving from Montréal, ridesharing can be coordinated on our Discord Server (in the Outreach section) via this Google Sheet.

Don’t worry if you don’t have access to a car, you’ll definitely be able to make it!

Camp Wingate can accommodate up to 400+ campers! We will be about half that, so there is plenty of space to sleep comfortably on-site the entire weekend.

Cabins :

• The camp has about 20 cabins that can sleep 10-20 people in bunks.
• All cabins have fully functional bathrooms and sinks.
• Some cabins have showers, and some have a shower house next door.
• Some cabins will be closer to the festivities, while others are further.
• Most bunk beds can be pushed together to create double-size beds.

Reserving :

• After RSVPs close, we will assign groups of cabins based on family/friend groups (and other details you provide in the RSVP).
• From there, you will be free to change your cabin assignment at your discretion.

Other accommodations :

• There is limited space for tents if you would prefer to stay this way. If so, please indicate your desire to tent in the RSVP.
• If you prefer not to stay on the camp: Cottages, BnBs, Hotels, Motels, can be found in the neighbouring town of Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard. If you wish to do so, we encourage you to plan ahead.

Is there a dress code ?

There is no formal dress code. We encourage you to dress as wildly, fancily, or comfortably as you desire.

Will this be like a traditional wedding? What should I expect ?

This wedding will be a mix of traditional and non-traditional activities. You should expect a fun, celebratory weekend at a summer camp, with space to party or enjoy the outdoors as you’d like.

Can I bring children or a +1 ?

Yes! Please indicate in the RSVP form if you’d like to bring someone.

Will there be food the whole weekend ?

Yes! We are serving full meals for: Friday Dinner, Saturday Brunch, Saturday Dinner, Sunday Brunch. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available.

Do we have to pay for food and accommodations ?

You are not obligated to pay for your lodging nor the 4 meals we will be providing over the weekend. However, we will be accepting donations on a Pay What You Can basis to help us cover costs via our Gift Registry.

What's the alcohol situation ?

BYOB!

Do the cabins come with sheets & bedding?

No! You need to bring your own sheets, bedding, pillows for the cabins. Please write to us if you can’t, we will arrange something for you.

Can I get involved in any way ?

Yes! This will be a collaborative weekend where all are invited to participate in any way they wish. You can be involved by:

• Decorating your cabin!!!!!
• Setting up an art installation on camp.
• Leading an activity or workshop Saturday daytime.
• Volunteering (see RSVP form).
• Participating in the talent show.
